Today I wanted to introduce a great friend, and an amazing life and business coach! Here is Lydia's story:
I am Lydia Cook, nurse turned Life and Business Coach. My business Lydia Cook Coaching is located in Kansas City, Missouri. While I'm located here, I serve clients both online and in person! My why for starting my coaching business was because I love being able to help people and coaching is just one way that I can give back.
Here's a little fun fact about myself: I have competed in fitness and bikini competitions and love a challenge
I started coaching a few years ago and recently moved to social media. I'm currently on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. As a coach I help people and business owners with social media and business strategy, along with life and mindset coaching.
The clients that I look for and love helping are women who are looking to grow or start their own businesses. Sometimes my clients are busy and just need a little help that may not be so overwhelming. We can all use some help sometimes am I right?
One message that I want to give to people is: You do not have to try to do all the things and feel overwhelmed. I am here to help; an investment in yourself is exactly what you need to get where you need to go.
I know EXACTLY how you feel because I have felt that way too and I know what it takes to help you move through it all. I have had multiple businesses and scaled them. I just have a passion for helping others which I went into nursing. Compassion and good listening is something good coaches need to be successful.
